Return Policy for Promotional Items
Please note all return policies stated are in addition and in conjunction with your existing rights as an Australian consumer.
Details on Accepted Returns
Product returns are accepted for a full refund or replacement if any of the following conditions detailed below are met:
- Incorrect order received: If the products you received differs the items you have ordered please contact a sales representative. We will work out the most cost effective way to have the products returned. We will then organise for the correct shipment to be re-delivered to your location
- Product defective or faulty upon arrival. All defective products will be replaced upon availability or refunded.
- Damage from delivery will be claimed upon your behalf from the courier. Please contact a sales team member to facilitate this process.
- If the number of units of products are under-supplied, please contact us within 2 weeks of product arrival to enable us to either replace or refund you the difference.
Details on Non - Accepted Returns
- Late delivery of product. All effort will be made to ensure timely dispatch of goods. The actual delivery though may vary as this is dependent on our third party courier suppliers.
- Change of mind. All custom branding processes applied onto our merchandise cannot be reversed. Therefore once production begins no returns or refunds can be accepted. Please decide carefully before making a purchase order.
- Product is intentionally or unintentionally damaged through improper use.
